HERE you can read the transcription of the council session that was held on the 6th of July 2011.
I would like to make clear that Pedro is the mayor with the lowest wages since 1999, and that those proposed for Manuel Moreno are the same that he had as a local policeman, but this time they would serve much more public interests. There's a lot of hypocrisy in this matter.
